Book two or more days at Xavier College in our July 2026 program and one is automatically free. Your family can claim a free bonus day for each child you book.​

Why we're running this offer

This offer is for TAG's July 2026 program at Xavier only. We're relatively new to Kew, having only recently started running holiday programs there, and we want local families to come and give us a go. This is a one-time offer and won't be repeated in future programs at Xavier, so book your bonus days before the offer closes.

How the discount works

Add two or more days at Xavier to your cart. At checkout, one day is automatically free. No code is needed.

​

Each child can claim one free bonus day only. Adding three or more days for the same child in a single order doesn't unlock extra free days for the same child.

​

Booking for more than one child

You have two options.

​

1. Sharing one bonus day across the family Put one day for each child into a single order. The cart triggers one free day, shared across the family. This works well if you're trialling one day per child.

​

2. A free bonus day for each child Complete a separate order for each child, each with two or more days at Xavier. Every order triggers one free bonus day, so each child gets one.

​

Why separate orders for the per-child option? We know separate checkouts are more work, and we're sorry for that. Our booking system can't currently link multiple children to a single order in a way that lets us track which child attends which day. Separate orders give each child their own clean record. After payment, a single registration form covers all of your children in one submission, so you only fill in family details once.

​

If you book using the shared option during the promotion period and later decide you'd like each child to have their own free day, the separate-order option must also be completed before the offer closes. Separate orders placed after the closing date are charged at the standard rate.

When the offer closes

The offer closes at the earlier of these times:

• 11.59pm Tuesday 30 June 2026

• Once free bookings reach capacity at Xavier

​

We've set a limit on the number of free bookings available at Xavier. Once that limit is reached, the offer will end. Families already booked are honoured. If we hit the limit before 30 June, we'll update the product page so it's clear.

​

Eligible program

This offer applies only to the July 2026 program at Xavier College (Kew).

​

It does not apply to any other TAG venue, any other school holiday period, or any future TAG program at Xavier.

​

The free day must be claimed at the time of booking

Free days can't be added retrospectively. The auto-discount only triggers when two or more eligible days sit in the same cart at checkout.

​

If you book a paid day first and want to add a free day later, you'll need to book that additional day at the standard rate.

​

Once the offer closes, any additional days booked at Xavier are charged at the standard rate. The promotion can't be applied to bookings made after the closing date, regardless of whether a previous booking was made during the offer period.

​

Cancellation rules for the bonus day

Each order must have at least one paid day at Xavier for the free day to apply.

​

If your child can only attend one of their booked days (for example, they're sick on one day), the day they attended is treated as the paid day. The other day is treated as the free day.

​

Because the missed day is treated as the free day, no refund or credit is issued for it. The standard refund rules apply to the paid day only.

​

If your child can't attend any of their booked days, the free day isn't carried over to a future program.

​

Non-transferable

• Outside the family: The free day stays within your immediate family. It can be used by your own children, but it can't be passed to children outside your immediate family, including cousins, friends, or neighbours.

• Across programs: The free day can't be moved to a different school holiday period.

• Across venues: The free day can't be used at another TAG venue, including Firbank Grammar.

• No cash value: The free day has no cash value. It can't be refunded, credited, or exchanged.

Refunds and cancellations

The standard TAG refund and cancellation terms apply to all bookings in the July 2026 program at Xavier, including any paid day that unlocks a free day.

​

In short:

• More than 72 hours before the program date: full refund or credit, your choice.

• Less than 72 hours before the program date: credit for a future program (no cash refund).

• If a child becomes unwell and is collected during the program: a credit may be offered at TAG's discretion, taking into account the portion of the day attended at the time of collection.

• No-shows without prior notice: no refund or credit.

• If TAG cancels a program day: full refund or credit for the affected day.

TAG reserves the right to

• Pull the offer at any time once free booking capacity at Xavier is reached.

• Refuse or cancel a booking that appears to be exploiting the offer (for example, multiple accounts from the same family to claim more than one free day per child)

• Make minor amendments to these terms if our booking system or scheduling changes. We'll communicate any changes directly to affected families.
