Access to and use of this website and the products and services available through it (collectively, the "Services") are subject to the following terms, conditions, and notices (the "Terms of Service"). By using the Services, you agree to all the Terms of Service, which may be updated by us periodically. You should check this page regularly for any changes.

Access to this website is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Services without notice. We will not be liable if this website is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to parts or the entire website.

2. Intellectual Property, Software, and Content

Intellectual property rights in all software and content available on this website remain with TAG Holiday Programs or its licensors. You may store, print, and display the content solely for personal use. You are not permitted to publish, manipulate, distribute, or reproduce any content for commercial purposes without our permission.

3. Terms of Sale

​

By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a service subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and price confirmation.

a. Order Approval

An acknowledgment (order confirmation) email will be sent upon order receipt, but the contract is formed only when your payment is approved and processed.

​

b. Pricing and Availability

While we strive to ensure accuracy in pricing, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods you have ordered, we will inform you and give you the option to reconfirm your order or cancel it.

​

c. Payment Upon receiving your order, we conduct a pre-authorisation check on your payment card. Orders will not be confirmed until this check is completed.

​

d. Discount Codes and Promotional Pricing

Promotional discount codes may be offered occasionally, with specific conditions outlined at the time of issue. Due to platform limitations, only one discount code can be applied per transaction at checkout. Where multiple codes are held, the platform will automatically apply the code that provides the greatest saving.

Automatic discounts do not require a code and are applied at checkout automatically. Automatic discounts can be combined with a discount code in the same transaction - both discounts will apply.

If you hold a Refer-a-Friend voucher, an MVP voucher, or any other manually issued credit and wish to redeem it alongside a promotional offer, please contact us at info@tagholidayprograms.com.au before completing your booking. We will create an invoice that applies all relevant credits.

e. Early Bird Pricing

Early Bird pricing may be offered for a limited period prior to each program. The applicable discount and closing date will be communicated at the time of the offer. Early Bird pricing is applied automatically at checkout and does not require a discount code. As an automatic discount, it can be combined with a discount code such as a Refer-a-Friend or MVP voucher in the same transaction.

Early Bird pricing can also be combined with the Free Bonus Day promotion (Kew and Sandringham locations only) or any other automatic discount.

f. Refunds and Cancellations

To be eligible for a refund, customers must cancel their booking at least 72 hours before the program date. Cancellations made with less than 72 hours notice will receive a credit for a future program.

Where a child becomes unwell and is collected during the program, a credit may be offered at TAG's discretion. The decision to issue a credit, and the amount, will take into account the portion of the program day attended at the time of collection.

No-shows without prior notice will not receive a refund or store credit.

If a program day is cancelled by TAG Holiday Programs (see venue-initiated cancellations clause), a full refund or credit will be offered for the affected day.

g. Free Bonus Day Promotion (July 2026)

Availability

The Free Bonus Day promotion is available to families booking at Firbank Grammar (Sandringham) or Xavier College (Kew) in the July 2026 TAG Holiday Program. It is not available at any other venue or program period.

​

How it works

When two or more program days at Firbank Grammar (Sandringham) or Xavier College (Kew) are added to cart, an automatic discount is applied at checkout equivalent to the price of one program day. No coupon code is required. Only one complimentary day can be applied per order. A registration form must be completed for each child attending the program after checkout is complete.

​

One complimentary day per child

This promotion entitles each child to one complimentary day for the duration of the July 2026 program. Due to platform limitations, only one complimentary day can be applied per order. Families booking for more than one child should either complete a separate order for each child, or contact us at info@tagholidayprograms.com.au to arrange an invoice with all bookings applied together.

​

TAG Holiday Programs reserves the right to contact families where this offer appears to have been claimed more than once per child, and to request payment for any additional days attended under those circumstances.

​

At least one paid day must be retained

The complimentary day is contingent on the family having paid for at least one program day at the same venue for the same child. The designation of days as paid or complimentary within the booking system does not affect this requirement. If the paid booking is cancelled or refunded, the complimentary day entitlement is also cancelled.

​

Venue and program period

The complimentary day is valid only at the venue where the paid day was booked, and only within the July 2026 program period. It cannot be transferred to a different venue or applied to a future program.

​

Offer close dates

Bookings at Firbank Grammar must be completed by Sunday 28 June 2026 to be eligible. Bookings at Xavier College must be completed by Tuesday 30 June 2026 to be eligible. Registrations submitted after the applicable close date are not eligible for the complimentary day.

​

Combining with other offers

This promotion can be combined with Early Bird pricing. Where Early Bird pricing is active at the time of booking, the Early Bird discount applies to the paid day or days as normal. This promotion cannot be combined with any other promotional offer.

​

No monetary value

The price paid at checkout reflects one full-price program day. The complimentary day has no monetary value and cannot be refunded, credited, or exchanged. This offer is structured as one paid day and one complimentary day. It is not a discount on two days. Cancellation of one day does not entitle the family to a partial refund or credit of any kind on that basis.

​

Cancellations and illness

If the paid day is cancelled before the program: A refund or credit will be issued for the paid day in accordance with the Refunds and Cancellations clause. The complimentary day is automatically cancelled.

​

If the paid day is cancelled due to illness during the July 2026 program: A credit may be issued for the paid day at TAG's discretion in accordance with the Refunds and Cancellations clause. The complimentary day remains valid for the same child at the same venue within the July 2026 program period only, provided the child has at least one paid or credited day confirmed at that venue.

​

If the complimentary day is cancelled before the program: No refund or credit will be issued. The complimentary day has no monetary value.

​

If the child is unable to attend the complimentary day due to illness during the July 2026 program: A credit may be offered at TAG's discretion, redeemable for another available day within the July 2026 program at the same venue only. This credit cannot be transferred to a future program or a different venue. No refund will be issued.

​

If TAG Holiday Programs cancels the paid day: A full refund or credit will be offered for the paid day in accordance with the venue-initiated cancellations clause. The complimentary day is automatically cancelled.

​

If TAG Holiday Programs cancels the complimentary day: TAG will endeavour to offer an alternative day within the same program and venue where capacity allows. If no alternative is available, no compensation or credit will be provided, as the complimentary day has no monetary value.

​

TAG reserves the right to withdraw the offer

TAG Holiday Programs reserves the right to withdraw or modify this promotion at any time without notice.

​

h. Store Credits

Customers who cannot attend due to unforeseen circumstances can request a store credit, depending on the number of days missed. Credits can be used toward any future TAG Holiday Programs booking and are transferable.

​

i. Venue-Initiated Cancellations or Changes

TAG Holiday Programs operates at multiple venues. In some cases, a venue may require us to cancel, reschedule, or relocate a program day due to circumstances outside our control (including but not limited to facility maintenance, school events, or other operational requirements).

If a program day is cancelled or significantly changed as a result of a venue requirement, TAG Holiday Programs will notify affected families as soon as practicable and will offer either a full refund for the affected day, or a store credit for use on a future program.

TAG Holiday Programs will not be liable for any additional costs incurred as a result of a venue-initiated change.

j. Force Majeure

TAG Holiday Programs will not be liable for any failure to deliver or cancellation of a program caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated health orders, public health emergencies, severe weather events, or other circumstances making it unsafe or unlawful to operate.

In such circumstances, TAG Holiday Programs will endeavour to notify affected families as soon as practicable. Where a program day cannot be delivered due to a force majeure event, affected families will be offered a credit for the value of any undelivered days. Refunds in lieu of credits may be considered at TAG's discretion.

4. Child Supervision and Responsibility

​

TAG Holiday Programs staff are responsible for the registered child only when they are signed into the Service and until they are signed out by you or your authorised representative.

If a child fails to meet behavioural standards, TAG Holiday Programs reserves the right to suspend or permanently exclude the child from the Service. In the event of an exclusion, a credit may be issued at our discretion, taking into account the nature and severity of the behaviour. Any credit issued will not exceed the pro-rata value of program days not yet attended at the time of exclusion. Where a child is excluded due to behaviour that poses a serious risk to the safety or wellbeing of other children or staff, no credit will be issued. Refunds will not be issued for days already attended.

5. Late Pick-Up

​

a. Collection time

Programs conclude at 3:30pm each day. A parent or authorised guardian ("responsible adult") must collect the child by this time. The child may be collected by a parent or legal guardian, or by another adult authorised in writing by the parent or legal guardian prior to the program day.

​

b. Late collection fees

A late collection fee of $15.00 applies for every 15-minute block, or part thereof, after the program end time.

​

1–15 minutes – $15.00

16–30 minutes – $30.00

31–45 minutes – $45.00

Each additional 15 minutes (or part thereof) +$15.00

​

Example: child collected 20 minutes after the program end time = two blocks = $30.00.

​

We understand that occasional delays occur. TAG Holiday Programs may, at its discretion, waive fees for an isolated late collection.

Where late collection becomes a recurring pattern across multiple program days, fees will be applied from the program end time and invoiced to the account holder within 48 hours.

​

Continued participation in TAG Holiday Programs is subject to outstanding fees being paid in full prior to the next program day.

 

c. Attempted contact

If a child has not been collected within 20 minutes of the program end time and we have been unable to reach the contact number provided on the enrolment form, our staff will continue to attempt contact. TAG Holiday Programs staff will remain with the child at all times.

d. Child not collected

If a child has not been collected within 30 minutes of the program end time and TAG Holiday Programs has been unable to reach the contact number provided on the enrolment form, we are required by law to take steps to ensure the child's safety and wellbeing. This may include contacting Victoria Police or the Child Protection Helpline (Department of Families, Fairness and Housing). We will make every reasonable effort to contact the family before taking this step.

e. Our obligations

TAG Holiday Programs operates in accordance with its duty of care obligations under Victorian law. Staff are required to remain with any uncollected child until collection occurs or until the child's safety has been otherwise secured in accordance with clause 5d.

​

f. Changes to collection arrangements

If you anticipate being late, please contact us as early as possible on the day. Late fees will still apply, but early notice allows us to plan staffing accordingly and is appreciated by our team.

​

These terms form part of the TAG Holiday Programs Terms and Conditions. By completing an enrolment, you agree to these conditions.

6. Health and Safety

​

Children suffering from infectious diseases must not attend the Service. TAG Holiday Programs staff will not accept a child who appears to be suffering from such a condition or is too unwell to participate. Children should not return until 24 hours after symptoms have passed, or as per the Department of Health's current guidelines.

​

​

7. Additional and Medical Needs

​

TAG Holiday Programs welcomes children with additional needs. If your child has specific needs, please contact us before making a booking so we can discuss how best to support them. You are also welcome to include relevant information on the registration form. We appreciate the heads up and will make sure the team is prepared.

If your child requires additional one-on-one support from an external specialist or support worker, please contact us at least two weeks before the program so we can discuss arrangements.

Action plans and supporting documentation must be provided for any child with medical or dietary requirements. Medication required as per a medical action plan must be given to staff at the start of the day.

Participants who require an epi-pen or asthma puffer must arrive with that medication in order to be admitted to the program. Entry may be refused if a required medication is not present. In this circumstance, a credit will be issued for that day.

A Risk Minimisation Plan may be completed on the child's first day where appropriate.

TAG Holiday Programs is designed for children aged 5 to 12 years. If your child is outside this age range and you feel they would enjoy and benefit from the program, please contact us before booking and we will discuss whether it is a good fit.

8. Injuries and Property Damage

​

TAG Holiday Programs is not liable for any injury, property damage, or loss sustained during a program unless directly caused by proven negligence on the part of TAG Holiday Programs or its staff.

By booking a place in our program, you acknowledge and agree that:

​

• Physical activity programs carry inherent risks of injury, and you accept those risks on behalf of your child.

• You have disclosed all relevant medical, health, dietary, and behavioural information about your child that TAG Holiday Programs would reasonably need to know in order to keep them safe.

• TAG Holiday Programs relies on the accuracy of the information provided at the time of registration, and cannot be held liable for any incident arising from information that was not disclosed.

• You agree to indemnify TAG Holiday Programs, its directors, staff, and authorised partners against any claims, costs, or losses arising from injury or property damage caused by your child.

Nothing in this clause limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation that cannot be excluded.

​

​

9. Privacy

​

TAG Holiday Programs protects personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

​

​

10. Photography and Video

​

TAG Holiday Programs photographs and films program activities for use on social media, our website, newsletters, and other marketing materials. General program photography includes group shots and activity photos taken throughout the program day. By booking a place in our program, you consent to your child being included in this type of photography and footage.

For identifiable close-up images intended for use in paid advertising or printed marketing materials, we will contact you directly for approval before use.

If you need your child excluded from all photography and footage, you must notify us in writing at info@tagholidayprograms.com.au at least 48 hours before the program day. Requests received after this time cannot be guaranteed, though we will make every effort to accommodate them. Please also notify the supervising staff member on arrival on the day.

11. Text Message Notifications

​

If opted in, you will receive automated notifications regarding your booking. You can opt out at any time. TAG Holiday Programs is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

​

12. Disclaimer of Liability

​

TAG Holiday Programs and its authorised partners are released from liability for injury, illness, or loss incurred during a program, except where caused by proven negligence. Website materials are provided without guarantees, and TAG Holiday Programs excludes liability for any damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

13. Dispute Resolution

​

Disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through arbitration or mediation before legal action is pursued. The governing law is that of Victoria, Australia.

​

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

​

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.

15. Entire Agreement

​

These terms and conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TAG Holiday Programs regarding the use of the Services.
