Referral Program T&Cs

Effective Date: 11 March, 2025

The TAG Holiday Programs Referral Program rewards existing customers who refer new families to our holiday programs. By participating, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Eligibility

  • The referral program is open to past and current TAG Holiday Programs customers.

  • The referred family must be new to TAG Holiday Programs (i.e., they have never attended or booked before).

  • The referring person’s full name must be entered in the "Referral" field at checkout by the new family for the referral to be valid.

2. Referral Reward

  • A successful referral earns the referrer a $20 voucher for a future TAG Holiday Program booking.

  • The reward applies per new household, not per child.

  • There is no limit to the number of families a referrer can refer.

3. Voucher Use, Distribution & Expiry

  • Vouchers will be issued after the April 2025 program concludes once attendance is confirmed.

  • Vouchers are valid for one year from the next program date and can be used for any program within that period.

  • A maximum of 3 vouchers can be used per program booking.

  • Vouchers are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for money or other discounts.

  • Vouchers cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.

4. Fair Use Policy & Restrictions

  • Self-referrals (booking under your own household) are not eligible.

  • The referred family must complete their booking and attend the program for the referrer to receive the voucher.

  • TAG Holiday Programs reserves the right to cancel or modify the referral program at any time.

  • Any fraudulent activity, including referring individuals within the same household or attempting to manipulate the program, may result in disqualification from the referral program.

5. General Conditions

  • By participating in the referral program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

  • TAG Holiday Programs reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the referral program at any time without prior notice.

  • Any disputes related to the referral program will be resolved at the sole discretion of TAG Holiday Programs.
