Basketball
Rather than just running drills, this session builds skills through competitive game formats like Knock-Out, Numbers, and Basketball Octopus. Groups are split by age or ability so the challenge feels right for everyone. Your child will get a solid workout and pick up real skills without it feeling like a training session.
Laser Tag
Teams work together with a mix of strategy and movement across multiple rounds, regrouping between each one to adjust their approach. The low-light environment and team coordination make it feel genuinely different from most other activities in the program. It's one of those sessions where kids are thinking as hard as they're moving.
Lego Masters
Small groups get a sports-themed creative brief and time to build something together. The session also includes speed rounds, where groups race to complete a smaller build in a shorter time. At the end, all groups present their builds and vote on winners across a few different categories.
Run the Gauntlet
One team lines either side of a long corridor and throws dodgeballs, while the other team tries to sprint through without getting hit. Roles swap regularly so everyone gets a turn on both sides. It's fast, physical, and one of those games where the whole group ends up cheering.
