Basketball
Rather than just running drills, this session builds skills through competitive game formats like Knock-Out, Numbers, and Basketball Octopus. Groups are split by age or ability so the challenge feels right for everyone. Your child will get a solid workout and pick up real skills without it feeling like a training session.
Pokémon Hunt
Pokémon cards are hidden across the playing space, and kids hunt them down to collect as many as possible. The catch is that Pokémon Hunters are on the loose, and they're after your cards too. It's part treasure hunt, part strategy, and the player with the highest total at the end wins.
Kickball
It's baseball, but you kick the ball instead of hitting it. Two teams, a diamond of bases, and runs to score. The rules are quick to pick up no matter your sporting background, and it suits kids who love team games as much as those who don't usually put their hand up for sport.
Battle Royale
Inspired by Fortnite, this is a last-one-standing game where kids sprint to collect gear and try to outlast everyone else. Rounds are short and fast-paced, and a shrinking safe zone means the pressure builds as each round goes on. It suits kids who love a bit of strategy alongside the physicality.
