Fun Fitness

A mix of fun, high-energy activities designed to get everyone moving without feeling like a workout. Students rotate through quick challenges, games, and team activities. It’s all about smiles, movement, and feeling great!

Outcomes

Participate in a variety of active challenges that improve fitness in a fun way.
Encourage peers and work together to complete group activities.
Apply resilience and a positive attitude during movement-based challenges.

Rotating stations with fun movement challenges
Minimal equipment activities (cones, bands, balls)
Warm-up and cool-down included
